Wild rocket

Description: Consumed as well in the Pô plain in Italy, wild rocket or "cousteline" also grows naturally close to some coastal paths in the North of Brittany.

More frayed, more crenate and with a stronger taste than its sister, the common rocket, its leaves are also fleshy and perfumed.

Purpose advice: The wild rocket fits perfectly with a mix salad.
